Therapy and EMDR in Idyllwild, Palm Springs, and Online

I’m based in the beautiful little mountain town of Idyllwild and offer online therapy to people across California - from individuals and families to folks in all kinds of relationships. My own trauma healing story is what led me to this work, and it shapes everything I do as a therapist. I’m focused on creating a space where folks of all identities and experiences can feel safe, supported, and free to come as they are. 

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me wandering the forest, tending to my houseplant collection,  playing with my camera, or following wherever my wanderlust takes me. I’m also proud to work with the Liberation Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to breaking down the barriers that keep people from accessing mental health care. My belief is that therapy should not be a luxury, but a human right, and that healing and growth should be accessible to everyone, regardless of income, identity, or background.

I know from my own experience that choosing a therapist can be hard. The right fit is important so I always start with a consultation and if I’m not the therapist for you, I’m always happy to offer referrals to others in my network I think you might connect with.
