I'm happy to be able to offer affordable therapy on a wide sliding scale through The Liberation Institute, ensuring that no matter your situation, the care you need is available and accessible to you. I'm a believer that therapy is for anyone who wants or needs it.
While I'm unable to accept insurance at this time, I am happy to provide you with a Superbill. Many clients are able to receive reimbursement through their insurance provider (please contact your insurance company directly to confirm your benefits). For current rates and sliding scale information, please reach out to me directly.
You’re welcome to bring in whatever’s on your mind, big or small. Common reasons clients come to therapy include anxiety, depression, complex trauma, feeling stuck or disconnected, family of origin/generational concerns, navigating relationship or family challenges, and parenting journeys. I also work with folks living with chronic illness or health-related stress.
Whether you have something specific you want to work on, or you're just feeling off and unsure why, therapy can be a space to explore it all with support and care.
I welcome individuals (of all ages), couples, families, and clients in all relationship structures. I'm also experienced providing effective and engaging therapy via telehealth to kids as young as 6.
At this time, I offer sessions virtually only. While therapy from home may feel different at first, I have found for many clients, being in their own familiar space helps them feel more at ease and grounded. I've had clients bring in pets, special interests, share their art, and other various sources of comfort they might not otherwise be able to if we were meeting in person. Another bonus is the convenience of fitting sessions into your day without the stress of commuting to an office location. This is particularly important for clients in rural areas where in-person therapy may not be available.
I happily offer free consultations prior to starting our work together. I truly believe the client-therapist fit is essential, and that you should work with a therapist you feel really gets you. So if anything here resonated with you but you'd like to get to know each other before starting, I invite you to reach out so we can find a time to connect.
