Families come in many shapes and sizes: blended families, chosen family, multigenerational households, co-parenting arrangements, and more. I work with families navigating a wide range of dynamics, from sibling conflicts to generational differences. Parenting support is also an important part of my work, helping parents and co-parents strengthen their relationships with each other and with their children. Together, we’ll explore new ways of communicating, managing stress, and creating an environment where every family member feels heard and supported.
Relationships with partners and loved ones shape a huge part of how we feel connected and grounded. Whether you’re married, in a long-term partnership, dating, poly, or anything in between, therapy can be a helpful place to sort through the tricky stuff, improve how you communicate, and figure out how to support each other better. Together, we’ll work toward building connections that feel real, respectful, and truly supportive of everyone involved.
